THEDS is an NHS service for young people aged 16 to 25 living in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets who may have concerns about their mental health.
The team comprises of a senior nurse and/or physiotherapists and occupational therapists who will attend to any falls related referral for people age 18 and over who have fallen in their home environment.
The clinic is a borough wide service set up to provide a rapid access clinic for older people. It is a stand-alone clinic and complements Barts Health developments for the frailty pathway and frail patients within the Royal London Hospital.
