Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust was formed in October 2019. This followed the merger of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Service NHS Trust, to provide joined up physical health, mental health and learning disability services. Find out more about Gloucestershire Health and Care here.

Staff and service users were recruited from 2gether NHS Foundation Trust for the exploratory study in WP2. They are currently being recruited from Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust for the Randomised Controlled Trial in WP4, and will be recruited in future for the Process Evaluation in WP5.

Meet the Research Team

Dr Latha Guruvaiah (Principal Investigator)

Latha is a General Adult Psychiatrist currently working in Gloucester recovery team. She has had previous experience in research and involved in various research projects and has had a few publications. She is really excited about being PI for TACK study. She loves cooking, hiking/walking and spending time with friends and family.

Amber Takle-Webb (Clinical Research Practitioner)

Amber is a mental health nurse with experience of working in inpatient settings and community mental health services. She is new to the world of research, and excited to pursue a career within this field. She is a lover of animals, and has several pets including two ducks!

Esther Webster (Clinical Research Practitioner)

Esther relocated to Cheltenham from Hertfordshire to join TACK at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. Esther studied Psychology at university and has since worked in mental health, social care and neurological rehabilitation. In her spare time Esther enjoys reading and dancing, and also used to teach a tap dance class!
