At ELFT, we have a strong commitment to providing high quality care to those who need our services. Our values are ‘We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive ‘and these qualities are the foundation of everything that we do.

Not to blow our own trumpet (much!) but the Trust was rated as ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC in September 2016, and was voted Provider Trust of the Year by the Health Service Journal. So you know you will be joining a top team of 5000 staff, operating from over 100 sites.

In your time here, you will get unparalleled experience.  We have a strong culture of learning, and of developing individuals and teams. It’s dynamic, it’s challenging and it’s always interesting!

We want apprentices who feel passionate about contributing to the health and wellbeing of our local communities in either face-to-face roles or behind the scenes.

  • Potential apprentices must be 18 years old or above (there is no upper age limit).
  • You must not have a university degree in the same subject that you wish to do an apprenticeship in (and you don’t need to have GCSEs or previous qualifications).
  • You must have been living in the UK for the last 3 years and are able to use public funds
  • You must be able to work 37.5 hours a week.
