Online counselling for 10-16 year olds offered on a digital platfor. Kooth is an anonymous site which helps children and young people to feel safe and confident in exploring their concerns and seeking professional support. Kooth.com is an online application removing the need for Apple/Android accounts, data requirements and the stigma of mental health apps on devices.

A free confidential psychological support service for residents of Newham. Newham Talking Therapies provde NHS psychological therapies to help with common mental health challenges. They support with a range of problems such as anxiety and depression by providing a range of different types of psychological support.

Online Pop-Up CAMHS offers direct contact for 40 minutes to approachable mental health clinicians (Psychologists and systemic Psychotherapists) from Newham CAMHS, who are online and ready to meet service users and answer any questions they may have about meeting a young person's emotional and behavioural needs. Both parents/carers and young people can attend.
