We have developed a manual and accompanying adherence rating guide to describe common features of art therapy, dance movement therapy and music therapy practice in community mental health groups. See the manual here and the paper publication here.
The manual has a set of core principles, a description of the overall session structure and common group scenarios. We have also developed a brief version to allow us to compare practice with the counselling groups.
