Steve Muggridge, ELFT's Health Development Coordinator, and Aaron Colbert, Better's Community Sports Manager in Bedford, joined Hospital Radio Bedford to talk about what's in store.
Speaking on the radio (you can listen to the episode here), Steve said:
"This is an inclusive event for all, and for all abilities. It's not just about going to the gym, health and exercise are also social, and that's what the Wellbeing Games are all about."
On the day there will be Zumba, gym circuits, seated exercises suited to every ability, gym tours and information stalls, plus inflatables and children's activities so parents and carers can join in too. Free health assessments are available throughout the day.
Born to Perform, previous Britain's Got Talent participants, take to the stage at 3pm.
