About Us

We run programmes that help people who have given birth and women and birthing people who are having trouble with bonding and attachment, a very common experience for many women and birthing people.

We also provide help for those still considering pregnancy and who have existing mental health concerns.

Our team hold several outpatient clinics in a number of locations. We provide joint psychiatric and obstetric appointments at the clinics (while COVID persists these may be carried out over virtual platforms).

How can I book an appointment?

The process is pretty simple.

Before booking an appointment you can either request a referral from the health professional you’ve worked with during your pregnancy or you can fill in our self-referral form.

  • Referrals can be made at any time during your pregnancy and new parent journey, including late pregnancy and your early postpartum period.
  • Professional referrals can be obtained from your local GP, midwife, nurse or health visitor.

Once we’ve received your referral we get in contact with you to find a time that suits you to come to see us.
