The clinic is a borough wide service set up to provide a rapid access clinic for older people. It is a stand-alone clinic and complements Barts Health developments for the frailty pathway and frail patients within the Royal London Hospital.

The Adult Speech and Language Therapy (S&LT) Service provides assessment and treatment for adults (16 years and over) who have an acquired difficulty with speech, language, dysfluency (stammering), voice (including transgender voice) or swallowing.

An older people assessment inpatient service for people over the age of 65 years with a functional or organic mental illness.

A 15-bed acute mental health ward for people in the west and north of the borough.

An inpatient ward at the City and Hackney Centre for Mental Health for people needing treatment under the Mental Health Act
