Social workers in ELFT are based in our adult and older adult mental health services working in multi-disciplinary teams. We have a number of social jobs in London and Bedfordshire.

ELFT is now also part of a new pilot that brings Healthier Wealthier Families to Luton, led by Luton Council’s Public Health Team in partnership with Citizens Advice Luton.

Our strategy takes into account the changing needs within our local populations, the impact of the pandemic on our communities, greater collaborative working between local health and social care organisations and the views of stakeholders.
