Tower Hamlet’s Stop Smoking Service
Quit Right Tower Hamlets

Quit Right Tower Hamlets provide stop smoking services to all residents and people who work or study here in Tower Hamlets. They also provide culturally sensitive services for people from the Somali, South Asian and migrant communities who chew tobacco or use paan. Female advisors are available and patients can be seen one-to-one or in a group setting.

A specialist service is available for pregnant women and those with high levels of addiction who may need extra behavioural support provided in groups or individually. Clients can self-refer or be referred through their GP practice.

Relapse Prevention webinar
This webinar is aimed at individuals who have completed treatment and been discharged from the service over 30 days ago. It will act as a refresher of maintaining well-being. AIMS: To re-visit and reflect on treatment to encourage individuals to continue utilising the skills taught. We will also think about adjusting the relapse prevention plan create and continue to reflect on triggers and warning signs. This is a community based space for adults (aged 18+) living in Tower Hamlets who are struggling with a developing mental health crisis.

The café is open for service users to drop-in, with no referral process necessary. The service intends to provide a viable alternative to attending A&E out of hours.

Service users are supported by 1:1 sessions as well as access to other activities.
