This webinar is aimed at individuals who have completed treatment and been discharged from the service over 30 days ago. It will act as a refresher of maintaining well-being. We will also think about adjusting the relapse prevention plan create and continue to reflect on triggers and warning signs. This webinar runs once a month, to sign up to this webinar after discharge, please fill in our Registration form by clicking here.
