Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies offers a range of free and confidential talking therapies and specialist support to help you with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

We offer numerous groups which can be either 6 or 8 sessions delivered online on topics including: Lifting mood
Balancing Stress, and Anxiety & Depression.

Our individual therapy programme consist of telephone, face to face and online sessions.

All the treatments we offer follow the NICE “stepped care” treatment guidelines. 

We offer bereavement counselling, and early bereavement support for those experiencing a very recent loss, via telephone, video, or face to face appointments.

Our wellbeing webinars are 1-hour presentations delivered online (e.g presentation slides, video etc) with one presenter or more talking through the material.

We can help support people with a number of conditions, including Low mood and depression, Stress, and Health anxiety.

Once you have been referred by your GP or you have made a self-referral, we will call you as soon as possible to verify your information. At the same time, we will book you in with one of our therapists for an initial telephone assessment.

At this assessment, the therapist will discuss your current difficulties and explain the most suitable treatment options. Following the assessment, we will get back to you within a few days to confirm your treatment package.
