This section of the website contains links to current versions of all Trust-wide policies and procedures. They are listed in alphabetical order.

To view or download a copy of a policy or procedure, click on the drop-down list below. This will open a section with a list of all policies/procedures in that category. You can then click on the relevant policy/procedure and download the document.

If you cannot find a particular policy/procedure, you can search for it by keyword, using the search function above. 

New and revised policies/procedures will be added to the website when they are approved.

These policies apply to Community Health Newham only

Due to the integration of Community Services Newham, there are a number of policies in use within that directorate that do not apply to other directorates of the Trust. These policies have been adopted by the Trust and will continue to be used by Community Services Newham.

Training (CHN) 

The Trust has also developed a Policy on the Development of Procedural Documents, which specifies how Trust procedures are generated. It provides a framework by which procedures are developed, drafted, approved, disseminated, implemented and reviewed.

All new and revised Trust procedures must conform to the requirements set out in this policy:

Localised services operate individual Local Access/Did Not Attend policies in line with a framework set by local NHS commissioners.
